AutoVitals provides messaging technology used by participating auto repair shops (“Shops”) to communicate with their customers via SMS text messages. When you opt in to receive messages, the Shop you are engaging with is the sender of those messages. AutoVitals acts solely as a technology provider facilitating message delivery on behalf of the Shop.

This messaging program is intended for users located in the United States.

2. Program Description

Consumers who opt in may receive SMS messages from a participating Shop related to vehicle service and shop communications. Message types may include:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Service reminders
  • Vehicle status updates during service visits
  • Inspection results
  • Thank-you messages
  • One-to-one general messages from your Shop
  • Marketing or promotional updates (where applicable)


Not all message types are available at every Shop. Message types depend on the Shop’s configuration and your communication preferences.

3. Information Collection and Use

To operate the SMS messaging program, we may collect:
