When the transfer case motor in my F150 failed, I had it trailered to Mevert's from out of town because the honesty and quality of their work are 2nd to none! When I asked them on a Friday if they could work my truck into their schedule, they told me a tech would have it diagnosed by Monday. Within a week I had an OEM replacement installed and my vehicle ready to pick up. Amanda handled the customer service and kept me up to date on everything the shop was doing, timelines, etc... She was very helpful and courteous the entire time.
